Ingredients:

  • 12 fresh oysters
  • 1 pink grapefruit, peeled and segmented
  • 1/4 cup cucumber, finely diced
  • 1/4 cup red onion, finely chopped
  • 2 tbsp fresh coriander, chopped
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • Juice of 1 lime
  • Lime wedges, for serving
