Ingredients:
- 12 fresh oysters
- 100g crab meat
- 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
- 2 tablespoons chopped parsley
- 2 green onions, finely chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon Creole seasoning
- 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- Additional parsley for garnish
- Lemon wedges for serving
Instructions:

1 Prepare Oysters and Crab Mixture
Preheat the oven to 220°C. Shuck the oysters and place them on a baking sheet. In a bowl, mix the crab meat, breadcrumbs, parsley, green onions, garlic, Creole seasoning, mayonnaise, and lemon juice until well combined.
