Quick Prawn Stir-Fry with Noodles Recipe
This quick and flavourful prawn stir-fry with noodles is a perfect go-to meal for busy weeknights. It combines tender prawns with colourful vegetables and springy noodles in a savoury soy-based sauce, delivering a satisfying dish that’s both nutritious and delicious.
Ingredients:
- 250g prawns, peeled and deveined
- 200g egg noodles
- 1 tbsp vegetable oil
- 1 small onion, sliced
- 1 red capsicum, sliced
- 1 cup snow peas
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce
- 1 tsp sesame oil
Instructions:

1 Cook the noodles
Boil the noodles according to package instructions, drain, and set aside.

2 Stir-fry the prawns and vegetables
In a hot wok, stir-fry prawns in oil for 2-3 minutes. Add garlic, onion, capsicum, and snow peas, cooking until tender.
