多汁海鲜意大利面

Ingredients:
- 400克意大利面

- 400克碎番茄
- 2汤匙番茄酱

Instructions:

1 Sauté Onions:
Heat oil in a large saucepan over medium heat, add onion and cook for 3-4 minutes or until softened.

2 Add Garlic and Wine:
Add garlic and wine, and simmer for 2 minutes.

3 Simmer Tomatoes:
Add crushed tomatoes and tomato paste, simmer for 15-20 minutes, stirring occasionally until slightly thickened. Season well with salt and pepper.

4 Cook Pasta:
Meanwhile, cook the pasta in boiling, salted water until al dente. Drain and toss in a little olive oil.

5 Add Seafood to Sauce:
Add marinara mix and mussels to the tomato sauce, cover with a lid and cook 3-4 minutes over medium-high heat, until seafood is cooked through.

6 Combine Pasta and Sauce:
Toss the sauce through the pasta, garnish with parsley and serve immediately.
