1 Prepare Cod Fish Sticks
Preheat oven to 200°C. Cut cod fillets into fish stick-sized pieces. Coat with a light layer of oil and bake for 15 minutes until golden and cooked through.

2 Prepare the Mix
While the cod cooks, heat oil in a pan over medium heat. Add finely chopped onions, garlic, and green chillies, sautéing until softened. Add turmeric and cook for 1 minute.

3 Combine and Serve
Flake the baked cod fish sticks into small pieces using a fork or your fingers, then add to the pan, mixing well. Stir in fresh coriander and lemon juice. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Serve warm with rice or flatbread.
