Ingredients:

Cook fettuccine in a large saucepan of salted boiling water until tender, or according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.

In the same pan, stir flour and minced garlic into the remnants, then deglaze with white wine. Mix in cream and simmer until thickened.

Flake the salmon gently, combine with the pasta, and toss in the creamy sauce. Garnish with fresh parsley.
