Basa and Prawn Harmony Soup Recipe

Ingredients:
- 200g prawns, peeled and deveined
- 200g basa fillets, cut into chunks
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 cup celery, diced
- 1 cup onions, diced
- 1 cup carrots, diced
- 2 cups potatoes, diced
- 1 cup zucchini, diced
- 2 litres chicken stock
- Old Bay seasoning, to taste
- Sea salt and black pepper, to taste
- Fresh parsley, chopped for garnish
Instructions:

1 Sauté Vegetables
Heat olive oil in a large pot and sauté celery, onions, and carrots until they begin to soften.

2 Add Potatoes and Broth
Mix in diced potatoes and zucchini, then pour in chicken stock. Simmer until vegetables are nearly tender.

3 Incorporate Seafood
Add prawns and basa pieces to the pot, simmering until the seafood is thoroughly cooked.

Season with sea salt, black pepper, and Old Bay seasoning. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve hot with crusty bread.
