Ingredients:

  • 500g raw prawns, diced
  • 3/4 cup fresh lime juice (about 5-6 limes)
  • 1 large tomato, diced
  • 1 small red onion, finely diced
  • 1 avocado, diced
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • 1 small jalapeño, finely chopped
  • 1/4 cup fresh coriander, chopped
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • Lime wedges, for serving
