This flavour bomb packs a punch with tender gyozas, vibrant veggies like bok choy, zucchini and spring onions, all swimming in a rich umami broth.   • 5 vegetable gyozas
  • 2 spring onions, thinly sliced
  • 1 pak choi, sliced into chunks
  • 20g ginger, finely grated
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • ½ courgette, spiralised
  • 500ml vegetable stock
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp chilli oil
  • Salt & pepper
