Spicy Korean Squid Stir-Fry Recipe

Ingredients:
- 500g squid, cleaned and sliced
- 2 tbsp gochujang
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 onion, sliced
- 1 carrot, julienned
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- Sesame seeds, for garnish
- Green onions, sliced for garnish
Instructions:

1 Mix the Sauce
Combine gochujang (Korean chilli paste), soy sauce, sugar, and minced garlic to make a spicy marinade.

Quickly stir-fry onions and carrots in sesame oil until just tender.
