  • 4 whiting fillets
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 lemon, juice and zest
  • 1/2 cup cream
  • 2 tablespoons fresh dill, chopped
  • Fresh dill and lemon slices for garnish
