  • 2 tbsp fresh ginger, grated
  • Juice of 2 limes
  • 3 tbsp soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • Spring onions, sliced for garnish
  • Sesame seeds, for garnish
