Baked Red Snapper with Lemon Herb Butter Recipe

Ingredients:
- 4 red snapper fillets (about 150g each)
- 60g unsalted butter
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 lemon, zested and juiced
- 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Lemon wedges, for serving

Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F). Pat the red snapper fillets dry with paper towels, then season both sides with salt and pepper. Place the fillets in a baking dish.
