  • 4 trout fillets
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 4 tbsp butter
  • 1 tbsp flour
  • 1/2 cup chicken broth
  • 1/2 cup cream
  • 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 3 tbsp fresh dill, chopped
