Spiced Broiled Snapper Fillets Recipe

Ingredients:
- 4 snapper fillets (about 600g total)
- 3 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 tbsp ginger, grated
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp honey
- Juice of 1 lime
- 1/2 tsp chilli flakes
- Fresh coriander, for garnish
- Lime wedges, for serving
Instructions:

1 Prepare the Marinade
In a small bowl, mix soy sauce, sesame oil, grated ginger, minced garlic, honey, lime juice, and chilli flakes. Stir to combine.

2 Marinate the Snapper Fillets
Place the snapper fillets on a lined baking tray. Brush both sides generously with the marinade, ensuring they’re evenly coated. Let the fish marinate for 10–15 minutes for the flavours to infuse.

3 Broil and Serve
Preheat the grill (broiler) on high. Broil the fillets for 6–8 minutes or until the tops are golden and the fish flakes easily with a fork. Serve with lime wedges and garnish with fresh coriander.
