Crispy Herb-Crusted Hoki Recipe

  • 4 hoki fillets, about 150g each
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 2 tbsp chopped parsley
  • 1 tbsp chopped dill
  • Zest of 1 lemon
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • Olive oil, for brushing
