Crispy Herb-Crusted Hoki Recipe
Enjoy a light and flavourful meal with our Crispy Herb-Crusted Hoki. This dish features tender hoki fillets encased in a crunchy, herb-infused breadcrumb coating, baked to perfection for a delicious and healthy option suitable for any day of the week.
Ingredients:
- 4 hoki fillets, about 150g each
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 2 tbsp chopped parsley
- 1 tbsp chopped dill
- Zest of 1 lemon
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Olive oil, for brushing
Instructions:

1 Prep the Herb Coating
Mix breadcrumbs with finely chopped parsley, dill, and lemon zest. Season with salt and pepper.

Brush hoki fillets with olive oil, then coat thoroughly in the breadcrumb mixture.

Arrange the coated fillets on a lined baking tray and bake in a preheated oven at 200°C until golden and crispy, about 15-20 minutes.
