Crispy Snapper Nuggets Recipe
These bite-sized beauties are perfect for any occasion, offering a super crispy golden crumb on the outside and delicious, juicy snapper on the inside. Dunk them in our homemade zesty tartar sauce for a flavour explosion in every mouthful!
Ingredients:
- 500g snapper fillets
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 1/2 cup flour
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- Oil for frying
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup finely chopped pickles
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- Fresh herbs (dill or parsley), chopped
Instructions:

1 Prepare the Snapper
Cut snapper fillets into bite-sized pieces, season with salt and pepper.

2 Coat and Fry
Dip snapper pieces in flour, then into beaten eggs, and coat with breadcrumbs. Deep-fry in hot oil until golden and crispy.

3 Make Tartar Sauce
Combine mayonnaise, chopped pickles, lemon juice, and fresh herbs.

Serve the snapper bites immediately with the tartar sauce for dipping.
