Grilled Lobster Tails with Garlic Lemon Butter Recipe

Ingredients:
- 4 lobster tails
- 100g butter, melted
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- Juice of 1 lemon
- 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Lemon wedges, for serving

1 Prepare the Garlic Lemon Butter
In a small bowl, mix together 100g melted butter, 3 minced garlic cloves, the juice of 1 lemon, 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley, and a pinch of salt and pepper. Set aside.

2 Prepare the Lobster Tails
Preheat your grill to medium-high heat. Using kitchen shears, cut down the top of the lobster shells to expose the meat. Gently pull the lobster meat upward, leaving the end attached, and rest it on top of the shell.

3 Grill the Lobster Tails
Brush the lobster meat generously with half of the garlic lemon butter. Place the lobster tails, flesh side down, on the grill. Cook for 4-5 minutes, then flip and grill for an additional 4-5 minutes, or until the meat is opaque and slightly charred.

Transfer the grilled lobster tails to a serving platter. Drizzle with the remaining garlic lemon butter and garnish with extra parsley and lemon wedges. Serve immediately.
