Ingredients:

  • 4 sea mullet fillets
  • 2 tbsp harissa paste
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • Fresh coriander, for garnish
  • Lemon wedges, for serving
