Herb-Infused Spanish Mackerel Delight Recipe

Ingredients:
- 3 large garlic cloves, crushed
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp ground coriander
- ½ tsp ground cumin
- ¼ cup fresh parsley, finely chopped
- ¼ cup fresh dill, finely chopped
- 1.5 lbs whole Spanish mackerel, cleaned
- 1 lemon, thinly sliced
- Extra virgin olive oil, for drizzling
- 2-3 tbsp fresh lemon juice

Set your oven to 180°C. Mash garlic with salt, then mix in coriander, cumin, parsley, and dill.
