Latin-Spiced Tasmanian Salmon with Avocado Salsa Recipe

Ingredients:
- 4 Tasmanian salmon fillets
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp ground cumin
- 1 tsp smoked paprika
- 1/2 tsp chilli powder
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 2 avocados, diced
- 1 tomato, diced
- 1/4 cup red onion, finely chopped
- 2 tbsp lime juice
- 2 tbsp fresh coriander, chopped
- Lime wedges, for garnish
