Lemon Butter Pink Ling Delight Recipe

Ingredients:
- 4 pink ling fillets
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 1/4 cup plain flour
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 100g unsalted butter
- Juice of 1 lemon
- 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
- Extra parsley for garnish

1 Prepare the Fish
Pat the pink ling fillets dry with paper towels and season both sides with salt and pepper. Lightly coat the fillets in flour, shaking off any excess.

Heat olive oil in a large non-stick pan over medium-high heat. Add the fillets and cook for 3-4 minutes until the skin is crispy and golden brown. Flip the fillets and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes until cooked through. Remove from the pan and set aside.
