Ingredients:

  • 魚の切り身600g
  • オリーブオイル30mL
  • 塩小さじ0.5杯
  • 黒コショウ小さじ0.25杯
  • イチゴ(角切り)200g
  • 小さめの赤玉ねぎ1個(みじん切り)
  • 小さめの赤唐辛子1本(種を取り除き、細かく刻む)
  • ライムジュース30mL
  • 新鮮なミント(刻んだもの)大さじ2杯

Instructions:

    • Pat the fish fillets dry using a paper towel. Drizzle with olive oil and season evenly with salt and black pepper on both sides.

    • In a mixing bowl, combine the diced strawberries, finely chopped red onion, and red chilli. Add the lime juice and sprinkle with chopped mint. Stir gently to mix all flavours together.
  3. Cook the Fish

    • Heat a non-stick frying pan over medium-high heat. Place the fillets in the pan and cook for 3 to 4 minutes on each side or until the fish turns golden and flakes easily with a fork.
  4. Serve
