Ingredients:

  • 新鮮なイカ(きれいに洗ったもの)100g
  • シソの葉(飾り用)
  • わさびペースト
  • しょうゆ
  • ガリ

Instructions:

    Ensure the squid is thoroughly cleaned, with the skin, head, and internal organs removed. Rinse under cold water and pat dry with paper towels.

    Place the squid tube flat on a cutting board. Using a sharp knife, slice it into thin rings or strips, approximately 2-3 mm thick.
