Ingredients:

  • ロブスター 2匹(1匹あたり約450g)
  • 玉ねぎ 1個(みじん切り)
  • セロリの茎2本(みじん切り)
  • ニンジン 2本(みじん切り)
  • ベイリーフ 1枚
  • 乾燥タイム小さじ1杯
  • バター大さじ4杯
  • ニンニク 2片(みじん切り)
  • 小麦粉 1/4カップ
  • ロブスタースープ 4カップ
  • クリーム 2カップ
  • 皮をむいて角切りにしたジャガイモ 4 個
  • 塩、コショウ、お好みで
  • パプリカ小さじ1杯
  • 新鮮なパセリ(みじん切り)(飾り用)

Instructions:

  1. Prepare the Lobster

    In a large pot, bring water to a boil and cook the lobsters until bright red. Remove the lobsters and let them cool. Extract the meat from the tails and claws, then chop it into bite-sized pieces. Reserve the shells.

    In the same pot, add the reserved lobster shells, onion, celery, carrots, bay leaf, and thyme. Cover with water and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer for 30 minutes. Strain the broth and discard the solids.

    In a large pot, melt butter over medium heat. Add chopped onion, garlic, celery, and carrots, cooking until softened. Sprinkle flour over the vegetables and stir to coat. Gradually whisk in the lobster broth, followed by the cream and potatoes. Simmer until the potatoes are tender.
