Ingredients:

  • ピンク色のリンゴの切り身 4 枚
  • 塩、コショウ、お好みで
  • 小麦粉 1/4カップ
  • オリーブオイル大さじ2杯
  • 無塩バター 100g
  • レモンジュース1個分
  • 新鮮なパセリのみじん切り大さじ2杯
  • 飾り用のパセリ少々
