Ingredients:

  • サーモンフィレ4枚
  • 塩小さじ1杯
  • 黒コショウ小さじ0.5杯
  • オリーブオイル大さじ2杯
  • 新鮮なブルーベリー200グラム
  • 蜂蜜大さじ1杯
  • レモン汁大さじ2杯
  • レモンの皮小さじ1杯
  • ニンニク1片(みじん切り)
  • 新鮮なディル(みじん切り)大さじ1杯

Instructions:

    • Pat the salmon fillets dry and lightly season with salt and black pepper. Allow them to sit at room temperature for 10 minutes to absorb the flavours.
  2. Prepare the Blueberry Drizzle

    • In a small saucepan, combine the fresh blueberries, honey, lemon juice, lemon zest and minced garlic. Gently simmer on low heat for about 5 minutes until the berries begin to break down and the sauce slightly thickens.
  3. Sear the Salmon

    • Heat the olive oil in a large non-stick frying pan over medium-high heat. Place the salmon fillets skin side down and cook for 4 minutes until a crisp layer forms. Flip the fillets and cook for a further 3-4 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked to your liking.
  4. Plate and Garnish

    • Transfer the seared salmon onto plates and spoon a generous amount of the blueberry drizzle over the top. Scatter chopped fresh dill to finish the dish.
  5. Serve
