A vibrant dish featuring tender cubes of tuna marinated in a tangy sweet chilli glaze, balanced with zesty lime, aromatic garlic and ginger, then grilled to a delicate char. The dish is finished with a sprinkle of fresh coriander, offering a burst of flavour in every bite.

Ingredients:

  • 300 g Tuna steak, cubed
  • 50 ml Sweet chilli sauce
  • 1 piece Red chilli pepper, deseeded and finely chopped
  • 2 cloves Garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 tablespoon Fresh ginger, grated
  • 1 lime Lime juice
  • 1 tablespoon Extra virgin olive oil
  • 15 g Fresh coriander, roughly chopped
  • to taste Salt
  • to taste Black pepper

Instructions:
