  • 4 barramundi fillets
  • 500g potatoes, peeled
  • 50g butter
  • 100ml milk
  • 2 tomatoes, chopped
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tbsp capers
  • Salt and pepper
  • Fresh herbs, for garnish
