Chargrilled Kingfish with Chilli and Herb Salad Recipe
This chargrilled kingfish recipe brings together smoky, tender fish with a vibrant chilli and herb salad. Ingredients:
- 4 x 150g kingfish fillets
- 2 tbsp fish sauce
- 2 tbsp lime juice
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 cucumber, julienned
- 1 carrot, julienned
- 1 small red onion, thinly sliced
- 1 long red chilli, thinly sliced
- ½ cup fresh mint leaves
- ½ cup fresh coriander leaves
- Lime wedges, to serve
Instructions:

In a small bowl, combine fish sauce, lime juice, and sesame oil. Coat the kingfish fillets with the marinade and let them sit for 10 minutes.
