Ingredients:

  • タラの切り身 600g(塊に切る)
  • オリーブオイル大さじ2杯
  • 玉ねぎ 1個(みじん切り)
  • セロリの茎2本(みじん切り)
  • ニンジン 2本(みじん切り)
  • ニンニク3片(みじん切り)
  • つぶしたトマト缶 1缶(400g)

  • 魚のスープ 4カップ
  • 皮をむいて角切りにしたジャガイモ 2 個
  • 塩、コショウ、お好みで
  • 新鮮なパセリのみじん切り 1/4カップ
  • 盛り付け用の固いパン
