Ingredients:

  • マグロステーキ 400g
  • オリーブオイル大さじ3
  • レモン汁大さじ2杯
  • ニンニク2片(みじん切り)
  • 新鮮なパセリ大さじ1杯
  • 新鮮なバジル大さじ1杯
  • 新鮮なタイム大さじ1杯
  • 砕いた赤唐辛子フレーク小さじ0.5杯
  • 塩を味わう
  • 黒コショウ
  • 木製串8本
