Ingredients:

  • 短粒米 2カップ
  • 米酢大さじ4杯
  • 砂糖大さじ1杯
  • 塩 小さじ1杯
  • トビコ 100g
  • きゅうり 1本(角切り)
  • アボカド 1 個(スライス)
  • 海苔 1枚(千切り)
  • 醤油漬け牛肉または調理野菜 100g(オプション)
  • ごま油大さじ1杯
  • 醤油大さじ2
  • トーストしたゴマ(飾り用)
