Sweet Chilli Glazed Slow-Roasted Salmon Recipe
Get ready for a fishy fiesta! This Sweet Chilli Salmon is like a party in your mouth! It's got a super cool, sticky-sweet sauce that's both yummy and spicy. Kids will go nuts for this finger-lickin' good dinner!
Ingredients:
- 1 kg salmon fillet
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1/2 cup sweet chilli sauce
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- Juice of 1 lime
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 spring onions, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions:

1 Prepare Salmon
Preheat oven to 120°C. Place salmon fillet on a lined baking sheet. Season with salt and pepper.

In a small bowl, mix sweet chilli sauce, soy sauce, lime juice, and minced garlic. Brush the glaze generously over the salmon.
