These Zesty Salmon Tacos are a vibrant and delicious way to enjoy seafood. Packed with flavour, these tacos combine tender salmon fillets with fresh toppings and a zesty lime dressing, making them a perfect meal for both kids and adults.

Ingredients:

  • 4 salmon fillets
  • Juice of 2 limes
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 cups shredded cabbage
  • 1/2 cup chopped coriander
  • 4 radishes, thinly sliced
  • 8 corn tortillas
  • Olive oil for dressing
  • Taco sauce of your choice
