Ingredients:

  • 殻をむいたキングエビ 200g
  • 白身魚の切り身200g(塊に切る)
  • ホタテ200g
  • エクストラバージンオリーブオイル 60ml
  • ニンニク3片(みじん切り)
  • レモンジュース30ml
  • レモンの皮 小さじ1杯
  • 新鮮なパセリ(みじん切り)10g
  • 塩5g
  • 黒コショウ 1g

Instructions:

    • Combine the olive oil, minced garlic, lemon juice, lemon zest, chopped parsley, salt and black pepper in a bowl. Whisk until the mixture is smooth and fragrant.

    • Place the king prawns, white fish chunks and scallops into a shallow dish. Pour the marinade over the seafood and gently mix until all pieces are evenly coated. Allow the mixture to rest for 10-15 minutes.

    • Set your grill or barbeque to a medium-high heat and lightly oil the grates to prevent any sticking during cooking.
