Ingredients:

  • 300g sashimi-grade kingfish slices
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • 1 lime, juiced
  • 1 teaspoon sesame seeds
  • 2 green onions, finely chopped
  • Fresh coriander leaves
  • Red chilli, thinly sliced (optional)
  • Lime wedges for serving
