Tuna Poke Bowl with a Zesty Citrus Twist Recipe
Fresh tuna is marinated in a citrus-soy sauce and paired with a medley of vibrant vegetables, creating a deliciously balanced and healthy meal. Perfect for lunch or dinner, this bowl is not only packed with flavour but also with nutrients.
Ingredients:
- 300g fresh tuna, cubed
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- Juice of 2 limes
- Juice of 1 orange
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 tsp honey
- 2 cups cooked jasmine rice
- 1 avocado, sliced
- 1/2 cucumber, thinly sliced
- 1/2 cup edamame beans, shelled
- 4 radishes, thinly sliced
- 2 spring onions, sliced
- 1 tbsp sesame seeds
- Nori strips, for garnish
- Lime wedges, for serving

In a bowl, whisk together the soy sauce, lime juice, orange juice, sesame oil, and honey. Add the cubed tuna to the marinade, gently tossing to coat the fish evenly. Cover the bowl and refrigerate for at least 15 minutes to allow the flavours to meld.
