Creamy Pipis with Garlic and White Wine Recipe

Ingredients:
- 1 kg pipis, cleaned
- 2 tbsp butter
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup white wine
- 1/2 cup cream
- Fresh parsley, chopped for garnish
Instructions:

1 Prepare Pipis
Rinse pipis to remove sand and sauté minced garlic in butter until fragrant.

2 Steam with Wine
Add pipis and white wine, cover and steam until the pipis open, about 5-7 minutes.

Reduce the heat, stir in cream, and simmer until the sauce thickens slightly.
