Golden Crumbed Orange Roughy is a delightful seafood dish featuring tender fillets of orange roughy coated in a crispy golden crumb. Ingredients:

  • 4 orange roughy fillets (about 150g each)
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 4 tablespoons olive oil
  • Lemon wedges, for serving
