Lemon-Herb Grilled Swordfish Steaks Recipe
This recipe highlights the robust flavour of swordfish, enhanced by a zesty marinade of lemon, mint, and basil. Ingredients:
- 4 swordfish steaks (about 200 g each)
- 3 tbsp olive oil, plus extra for grilling
- Juice of 1 lemon
- 2 tbsp fresh basil, finely chopped
- 2 tbsp fresh mint, finely chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- Salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste
- Lemon wedges and fresh herbs, for garnish

In a small bowl, combine olive oil, freshly squeezed lemon juice, finely chopped basil, and mint leaves. Add minced garlic, salt, and pepper, stirring to form a marinade. Coat swordfish steaks with the mixture and let them marinate for 15 minutes.
