This Baked Red Snapper is a delicious and simple way to enjoy this mild, flaky fish. Coated with a rich lemon herb butter, the snapper is baked to perfection, offering a fresh and flavourful meal. Ingredients:

  • 4 red snapper fillets (about 150g each)
  • 60g unsalted butter
  • 3 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 lemon, zested and juiced
  • 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • Lemon wedges, for serving
