Ingredients:
- 4 flounder fillets
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 4 tablespoons butter
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons capers
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
- Lemon wedges, for serving
Instructions:

                           1 Prepare the Flounder 1 Prepare the FlounderPat the flounder fillets dry with paper towels. Season both sides with salt and pepper, then dredge lightly in flour, shaking off any excess.
