Ceviche Tostadas are a vibrant and refreshing dish perfect for warm days or gatherings. This reimagined recipe features succulent snapper marinated in zesty lime juice, served on crispy tostadas with creamy avocado and a medley of fresh vegetables. Ingredients:

  • 300g fresh snapper, diced
  • 1/2 cup lime juice (about 4 limes)
  • 1/4 cup red onion, finely chopped
  • 1/4 cup fresh coriander, chopped
  • 1 jalapeño, minced (optional)
  • Salt, to taste
  • 4 tostadas
  • 1 avocado, sliced
  • Lime wedges, for garnish

Instructions:
