Seared Cod with Crispy Prosciutto and Minted Pea Puree Recipe
Cod with a Kick! This dish takes classic seared cod to new heights. Imagine perfectly cooked cod topped with a crispy prosciutto crown, all nestled next to a refreshing minted pea puree. Ingredients:
- 4 cod fillets (150g each)
- 200g frozen peas
- 4 slices prosciutto
- 10g fresh mint, chopped
- 50ml cream
- Olive oil for cooking
- Salt and pepper to taste
