Ingredients:
4 cod fillets (150g each)
200g frozen peas
4 slices prosciutto
10g fresh mint, chopped
50ml cream
Olive oil for cooking
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
1 Prepare the Pea Puree and Prosciutto
Simmer peas until tender, blend with mint and cream, and crisp the prosciutto slices separately.
2 Sear the Cod
In the same pan used for prosciutto, sear the seasoned cod fillets until golden and cooked through.
3 Assemble the Dish
