It's a perfect blend of textures and flavours - classic with a modern twist - that's both impressive and easy to whip up.

Ingredients:

  • 4 cod fillets (150g each)
  • 200g frozen peas
  • 4 slices prosciutto
  • 10g fresh mint, chopped
  • 50ml cream
  • Olive oil for cooking
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:
