Tender octopus gets a smoky kiss from the grill, then joins forces with a luxurious garlic cream sauce for a decadent twist on the classic seafood pasta. It's a dish fit for a special occasion, or a way to elevate your next weeknight dinner.

Ingredients:

  • 500 g baby octopus, cleaned and halved
  • 400 g spaghetti
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 4 garlic cloves, minced
  • 200 mL cooking cream
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • Fresh parsley, chopped for garnish
  • Lemon wedges, for serving

Instructions:

    Clean and halve baby octopus. Sear in a hot pan until golden, about 2-3 minutes each side. Set aside.
