Baked Barramundi with Herbed Breadcrumb Topping Recipe
Fancy a fish dish with a crunch? This Baked Barramundi is topped with a herby breadcrumb mix that's crispy on the outside and packed with flavour. The tender fish underneath makes for a winning combo that's perfect for any night of the week!
Ingredients:
- 4 barramundi fillets
 - 1 cup breadcrumbs
 - 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
 - 2 tbsp fresh herbs (parsley, thyme, dill), chopped
 - 1/2 tsp garlic powder
 - Salt and pepper, to taste
 - 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
 - Lemon wedges and additional herbs, for garnish
 
Instructions:

                          1 Prepare the BarramundiPreheat your oven to 190°C. Place barramundi fillets in a baking dish lined with baking paper.

                          2 Make the Breadcrumb ToppingIn a bowl, combine breadcrumbs, grated Parmesan cheese, chopped fresh herbs (such as parsley, thyme, and dill), garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Drizzle with melted butter and toss until well combined.

                          3 Top and Bake the BarramundiSpread the breadcrumb mixture evenly over the barramundi fillets, pressing gently to adhere. Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the barramundi is cooked through and the topping is golden brown and crispy.
