  • 4 Basa fillets
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 60 ml Olive oil
  • 100 ml White wine
  • 200 ml Cream
  • 50 g Sun-dried tomatoes, chopped
  • Fresh basil, chopped
  • Salt and black pepper
