Ingredients:
- 4 Basa fillets
- 2 cloves Garlic, minced
- 60 ml Olive oil
- 100 ml White wine
- 200 ml Cream
- 50 g Sun-dried tomatoes, chopped
- Fresh basil, chopped
- Salt and black pepper

1 Prepare Fillets
In a skillet, heat olive oil and sauté garlic until fragrant. Add the basa fillets seasoned with salt and pepper, cooking until golden, about 2-3 minutes per side.
