Ingredients:
- 4 tuna steaks, cut into 2.5 cm cubes (each about 113 grams)
- 60 ml orange juice
- 60 ml soy sauce
- 30 ml olive oil
- 30 ml chopped fresh parsley
- 15 ml lemon juice
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 2.5 ml chopped fresh oregano
- 2.5 ml ground black pepper
- Wooden or metal skewers (if using wooden, soak in water for 30 minutes prior to grilling)
Instructions:

1 Prepare the Marinade:
In a large mixing bowl, whisk together orange juice, soy sauce, olive oil, chopped parsley, lemon juice, minced garlic, chopped oregano, and black pepper until well combined.

2 Marinate the Tuna:
Add the cubed tuna steaks to the marinade. Gently toss to ensure each piece is evenly coated.

Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and let it marinate in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes, turning the pieces halfway through.

Thread the marinated tuna cubes onto skewers, leaving a small space between each piece to ensure even cooking.

Preheat an outdoor grill to high heat and lightly oil the grate to prevent sticking.

- Place the skewers on the hot grill. Cook for about 2 to 3 minutes per side, turning once, until the tuna is nicely charred and cooked to your preference.
- If desired, brush the skewers with some of the remaining marinade while grilling for added flavour. Discard any leftover marinade after this.
