Creamy Tuna Salad Sandwiches with Fresh Dill Recipe

Ingredients:
- 2 cans (185 g each) of tuna in olive oil, drained
- 1 stalk celery, finely diced
- ½ small red onion, finely diced
- 2 tbsp fresh dill, finely chopped
- 1 tbsp capers, drained and chopped
- ⅓ cup mayonnaise
- 1 tsp Dijon mustard
- 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
- Salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste
- 8 slices of wholegrain or sourdough bread
- Lettuce leaves, tomato slices, or cucumber rounds (optional, for serving)

In a medium bowl, combine drained tuna, finely diced celery, diced red onion, and chopped fresh dill. Add a tablespoon of capers for a tangy kick.
