Ingredients:

  • 2 cans (185 g each) of tuna in olive oil, drained
  • 1 stalk celery, finely diced
  • ½ small red onion, finely diced
  • 2 tbsp fresh dill, finely chopped
  • 1 tbsp capers, drained and chopped
  • ⅓ cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tsp Dijon mustard
  • 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
  • Salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste
  • 8 slices of wholegrain or sourdough bread
  • Lettuce leaves, tomato slices, or cucumber rounds (optional, for serving)
